Dust off walls and ceilings prior to painting and wash where grease or mould is evident.
Gap up cracks and fill any obvious holes and defects in walls and ceilings. (Excepting tongue and groove ceilings and walls unless specifically specified in the quote)
Prepare glossy walls by sanding to form a key or apply an oil-based undercoat.
Prepare glossy frames and doors by sanding to form a key or apply an oil-based undercoat.
Cover furniture and floor coverings to prevent paint splatter when painting.
Clean up the work areas on completion of the job or Friday afternoons.
CEILINGS: 1 - 2 Coats of Flat / Low sheen acrylic (Depends on coverage)
BARE GYPROCK: 1 Coat sealer /undercoat plus top coats.
WALLS: 2 coats Low Sheen / Mid Sheen acrylic
DOOR FRAMES AND DOORS: 1 oil undercoat and 1 coat Gloss enamel. .
SKIRTINGS / CORNICE: same as wall unless specified otherwise.
WINDOWS: 1 coat oil undercoat and 1 coat Gloss Enamel
INTERIOR CUPBOARDS / BUILT-IN WARDROBES: Same as walls (This is an extra and must be specifically specified in the quote)
COLORS: A Maximum of 3 Colors per house. A fee of $100 per color applies after that. Please note, White is a color and Ceiling is classed as one, Walls two and Doors, Frames and Windows the other color. Different types of paints are also classed as another color. Eg Gloss Skirting WE quote for 2 coats only and if the color you chose requires more, this is classed as an extra. Some colors are prone to lack of coverage, Eg Yellow

We can accept this, but are not responsible for the finished product; we will however not fail in our application of the Finish but stress the importance of proper Preparation and quality products.
